Nguyen Sieu School, located on Mac Thai To Street, Cau Giay, Hanoi, is a selective bilingual school. The school strives to become the premier bilingual school in Hanoi, offering world-class international education while upholding traditional Vietnamese values.

In 2023, Nguyen Sieu School became the first school in Vietnam to join the global community of schools adopting the ‘High Performance Learning’ (HPL) philosophy. As a member of the Cambridge International School Network since 2013, the school delivers an integrated curriculum combining Cambridge International programmes and the Vietnamese National Curriculum. About the Role

Nguyen Sieu School is seeking an experienced and visionary Native English Speaker with strong expertise in the UK Curriculum to join our Academic Leadership Team as Director of International Education.
This strategic leadership role is responsible for leading the Cambridge and bilingual integrated programmes, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, and strengthening the effective integration between the Cambridge Curriculum and the Vietnamese MOET Curriculum. 

Detailed Job Description - Director of International Education

Key Requirements:
✔ Native English Speaker
✔ Master’s degree or higher in Education or related field
✔ Strong expertise in the UK/Cambridge Curriculum and bilingual education
✔ Proven experience integrating Cambridge and MOET programmes effectively
✔ Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in international/bilingual education
✔ At least 4–5 years in academic leadership or school management roles
✔ Strong leadership, curriculum development, and teacher coaching experience
✔ Passion for innovation, digital learning, and student-centered education
